Planned Outage: 7/5-7/6

Dear SOAR Customers:

We want to let you know that all SOAR sites and email will be unavailable for 24 hours starting at 8:00 am PDT on Saturday, July 5. We plan to have all functionality restored by the morning of Sunday, July 6, and will send follow-up email when everything is back online.

This downtime is planned so that we can migrate the SOAR infrastructure to a new server with a more modern operating system. This is a key part of our efforts to bring SOAR up-to-date with the latest hardware and software to ensure a robust, dependable platform for our customers. There will be no change in customer-visible features as a result of this migration.

During the downtime, your website will be unavailable, and emails will not be delivered. EBlasts planned for Saturday morning will go out as scheduled before the system is taken offline. EBlasts scheduled for Sunday morning will go out automatically if the system is back online as planned before then. If we run into any issues, we will manually send the Sunday EBlasts once all sites are verified functional.

You don’t need to do anything on your end other than notify your unit members of the planned downtime so everyone can plan accordingly.

We have tried to minimize the impact by scheduling this for the summer, when SOAR usage is relatively light. But we know there's never an ideal time for a planned server outage, and we appreciate your understanding and support.

Thank you!
