SOAR's backup policy includes:
- Nightly full backups of our servers
- As needed backups prior to server and service upgrades
- 14 consecutive days retention of backups
- 9 month retention of 1st/15th of month backups
- Verification of all backup files
- Use of industry standard backup formats
- Random backup file testing
- Weekly manual check of backup process
- Storage of backup files locally and on a dedicated FTP backup server
- Optional weekly email of database backup to customers
