Upgrading Members to RosterFor those customers who have already added members as Members you have two methods for upgrading to the Roster feature.
Either method will take a little work to get the new data into shape. Unfortunately, there is no way for SOAR to automatically assign parents, children, and groups with the existing information contained in the Members. Once you have upgraded, you should use the Check Roster feature to find any missing pieces in your roster data. |
